How we handle your details
This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we ask for your name, a work email address, and what you would like to improve. Company name, phone number and the area you would like help with are optional.
When you book or request a Discovery Call we also record the time you chose or your preferred times, and your confirmation that we may use these details to arrange the call.
We do not ask for payment details, passwords or government identifiers anywhere on this website.
How we use them
- To reply to your enquiry and recommend a practical next step.
- To arrange, confirm and prepare for a Discovery Call.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you if you decide to work with us.
We do not sell your details, add you to a marketing list, or share them with other businesses for their own use.
Where they are stored and who processes them
Enquiry and booking details are stored in a hosted database (Supabase) that only our server can write to. Notification emails to us and an acknowledgement email to you are sent through our automation platform (Make) and our business email (Google Workspace). Confirmed Discovery Call bookings create an event in our Google Calendar and send you a calendar invitation.
These providers process your details on our behalf so that we can respond to you. They are not permitted to use them for any other purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email info@ecaisolutions.co and we will reply from that address. We will delete details on request unless we need to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
Sending an enquiry or a Discovery Call request does not commit you to anything, and you can stop the conversation at any time.
